A face-to-face or telehealth assessment with your DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional. We document your history and recommend the appropriate education or treatment program.

Education or Treatment

Complete the recommended program. Programs are tailored to what 49 CFR Part 40 requires for your situation — not more, not less.

Follow-up Evaluation & RTD

We confirm compliance, issue your follow-up report to your employer's DER, and you complete your return-to-duty drug test.
